Founder & Career Coach, Moore Impactful Career Consulting, LLC
Shemika is a Professional Development Specialist and Certified Career Coach who founded The Careerist Project in 2019 and Moore Impactful Career Consulting, LLC (MICC), a career coaching and consulting business in 2017. She founded MICC because throughout her career starting her sophomore year at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, she received mentoring and opportunities that helped guide her career path through an internship program for students of color called INROADS. Knowing that many other students of color and black women will not receive the same support, MICC was birthed to help provide the resources, training and guidance others need to achieve career and financial success, along joy and fulfillment.
